Angling Afterschool Sessions
Our Primal Anglers Afterschool Sessions are designed to introduce children and young people to the calming and rewarding world of fishing. These sessions help build resilience, patience, and focus while promoting positive mental health in a relaxed outdoor setting. Led by experienced staff and tailored to meet individual needs, the sessions combine hands-on learning with nature connection and peer support. Whether it’s their first cast or they’re already hooked, every young person is welcomed and supported.

Working with Schools, Community Groups & Organisations
Primal Mentality CIC proudly partners with schools, community groups, and organisations to deliver bespoke wellbeing and outdoor activity programmes. From angling, bushcraft and mindfulness to team-building and therapeutic walks, we create experiences that support mental health, encourage teamwork, and build life skills. All sessions are designed with flexibility in mind—we’ll work with you to deliver what best suits your group’s needs, goals, and abilities.
A Commitment to Safety, Fun & Growth
Over the past few years, we’ve built a strong, supportive outdoor community. Our founder, Chris Jervis, is a fully qualified mountain leader with outdoor health and safety training, navigation expertise, and extensive experience supporting individuals with varying needs. All of our sessions are fully insured and delivered with care, passion, and a focus on safety.
Family-Friendly Adventures
Our family hikes and events are designed to spark curiosity, encourage confidence, and get children engaged with the great outdoors. We provide refreshments during sessions and celebrate achievements with certificates and medals for our young adventurers.
